Shipping

We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking unless the customers selects shipping by Fedex. Be sure that you include shipping fees with your order. We will delay shipping your order until we receive the appropriate shipping fee. We are not responsible for U.S.Mail losses. Please, insure your package or send it via Fedex. We do not support UPS shipping.

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA returned merchandise authorization (within 30 days). Returned items will be authorized only if they are in original package. Returns will be allowed only due to defective products by our fault. Returns will be exchanged by similar product.
